By downloading, installing, or using FlowMate (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

FlowMate is an iOS application that enables users to:

• Send data from Apple Shortcuts to their own HTTP server endpoints
• Receive responses from their server
• View message history in a chat-like interface
• Manage API credentials securely

Your Responsibilities

Server Endpoints

#

You are solely responsible for:

• Configuring and maintaining your server endpoints
• Ensuring your API keys and credentials are kept secure
• Compliance with your chosen automation platform’s terms of service
• Any costs associated with your server or automation platform

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use FlowMate to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

Intellectual Property

#

FlowMate and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlowMate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Data and Privacy

• All messages and API keys are stored locally on your device
• We do not have access to your data, messages, or credentials
• You are responsible for backing up your data

Disclaimers

“As Is” Service

#

FlowMate is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for:

• Your server or automation platform’s availability
• API changes by third-party services
• Data loss or corruption on your device or server
• Costs incurred from third-party services

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or data
• Service interruptions
• Server or device failures
• Third-party service issues

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Update these Terms with reasonable notice
• Require app updates for continued use

Termination

#

We may terminate or suspend your access to FlowMate immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion

Governing Law

#

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlowMate is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

App Store Terms

#

Your use of FlowMate is also subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and License Agreement.
