• API Keys and Server URLs: Stored securely in your device’s iOS Keychain
• Messages and Chat History: Stored locally on your device using SwiftData
• Waitlist Information: Name and email address (only if you join our waitlist)
  • Legal Basis: Your explicit consent when submitting the form
  • Data Retention: Until app launch + 30 days, or until you request deletion
  • Right to Withdraw: You can unsubscribe anytime by emailing info@flow-mate.app

Information We Don’t Collect

We do NOT collect, transmit, or store:

• Your personal messages or chat content on our servers
• Your API keys or credentials
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Device identifiers or location data

How We Use Your Information

• API Keys: Used only to connect to YOUR server endpoints
• Messages: Stored locally on your device for your reference
• Waitlist Data: Used only to notify you about FlowMate updates and launch information

Data Storage

All application data is stored locally on your device:

• API keys are secured in iOS Keychain
• Messages are stored using SwiftData
• No data is transmitted to FlowMate servers (we don’t have any!)

Third-Party Services

FlowMate connects directly to YOUR server endpoints. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of your chosen automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, custom APIs, etc.).

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: Request a copy of your data by emailing us
• Deletion: Delete messages anytime within the app, or request waitlist removal
• Rectification: Update your information by contacting us
• Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured format
• Withdraw Consent: Unsubscribe from the waitlist anytime
• Remove API keys from Settings
• Uninstall the app to remove all local data

For EU residents: You have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children’s Privacy

FlowMate is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
